Giloy or Guduchi or Gulvel also known as Tinospora cardifolia. In Ayurveda, it is often called as "root of immortality". Giloy is known to remove toxins from the body and purify the blood. It is reported to be beneficial for people with liver disease. It is antipyretic in nature, i.e. reduce fever. It is also known to boost the immune system.
